This app is for you if you get nervous when you need to speak in public or give presentations.
Being able to speak well is essential to get ahead in business or rise to the top in any career. Whether your speaking involves giving presentations to the board, to potential investors, to buyers or to the public; whether it involves giving large staff addresses or conducting small staff meetings; or whether it involves giving an elevator pitch or educational talk at a networking meeting, you really can’t succeed nowadays without the ability to speak in public.
In this app you will find a really useful 10 page PDF report, giving you lots of tips and advice on how to start taming your fear and master your nerves. You will also find two audio exercises – audio 1 to use prior to your talk, when you can disappear off somewhere on your own to get into the right frame of mind – and audio 2 which you can use sitting down right before your talk while you’re waiting for your turn (etiquette permitting).
There is also a link to a short video that can help you to feel confident very quickly.
I suggest reading the report first, then watch the video, then listen to the audio exercises.
The more you practice with these resources, the easier you will find it every time you speak and, before you know it, the nerves will be under control and you will begin to really enjoy the ‘buzz’ you get from public speaking.
